WUZDA Ghana has distributed small ruminants specifically sheep, to smallholder farmers in Wovogumah and Tonjin communities. This was the third round of distribution, and 14 smallholder farmers received the sheep, nine (9) were women and five (5) were men.
The main objective of this initiative was to empower these farmers to adapt to new farming practices and diversify their sources of livelihood, thereby creating new income streams to support their families and communities.
